Anniversary

So my wife, Sara, and I just got back from our one night stay, at the BlueBird Inn near Garden City Utah. The Inn was located right across the street from the Carribean of the Rockies: Bear Lake. We had an awesome time!

On the day we got up to Bear Lake we drove further and went to Paris, ID to look into some hunting tags, and found Paris to be almost a ghost town; devoid of humans. After Paris we went to the Minnetonka cave and went on a tour through a cave that was 41 degrees in the middle of summer, it was a really neat cave.

After the cave we drove around Bear Lake, and then went to a local pizza joint for some pizza, a place that had a 28" old ephraim pizza in memory of a huge grizzly bear that was killed up in Logan Canyon. The pizza was good, but we had to wait a good hour to get it. While we waited, Sara and I read through David Bach's "Automatic Millionaire" and decided that we should retire early with millions of dollars in the bank. Sounds like a good idea to me. Outside of the pizza joint we found this really cool bear trap... Pretty cool huh?

anyway... more later, from the life and times of Paul
